Full name

Bold, 14–16px. If you hold CIM membership, add MCIM or FCIM after your name.

Job title

'Head of Marketing', 'Content Marketing Manager', 'Digital Marketing Executive'. Use your official title — avoid inflated or creative alternatives in external correspondence.

Company name and logo

Logo at correct brand-guideline size. If your company has brand guidelines for email signatures, follow them. If not, you should probably create them.

Direct phone number

DDI or mobile. Essential for agency-side marketers and client-facing roles.

+

Company website

Homepage or your company's marketing page. If you have a personal marketing blog or portfolio, consider including it as a secondary link.

Social media links

LinkedIn (always). Twitter/X if you publish marketing content there. Link to company accounts if you manage them; personal accounts if you're the brand (freelance, personal brand, founder).

CIM credentials (if held)

MCIM (Member, Chartered Institute of Marketing) or FCIM (Fellow). Signals professional qualification. Particularly valuable in B2B and agency settings.
