How to Change Email Signature on iPhone
Changing your email signature on iPhone depends on which email app you use. This guide covers the native iOS Mail app, the Gmail app, and the Outlook app — all on iPhone and iPad.
Important note
Mobile email apps only support plain text signatures. For a rich HTML signature with colors, icons, and formatting, set it up on Gmail desktop or Outlook desktop. The HTML version will then appear correctly in all emails, including those sent from your iPhone.

Get a Rich HTML Signature on Mobile (The Proper Way)
Mobile email apps strip HTML formatting from signatures. If you want your professional HTML signature (with colors, icons, and your photo) to appear in emails you send from your iPhone, do this instead:
- 1.Create your signature in SignForge on a desktop browser.
- 2.Copy and paste it into your email client's desktop signature settings (Gmail or Outlook web/desktop).
- 3.When you send emails from your iPhone using Gmail or Outlook apps, the HTML signature set up on desktop will be used — the mobile app just appends it automatically.
This is the standard approach used by professionals to maintain a consistent, beautifully formatted signature across all devices.
