Troubleshooting: Outlook Signature Not Updating?
Signature changes not appearing in new emails
Make sure you clicked OK (not Cancel) to close the Options dialog. Also check that the signature is set as default under 'Choose default signature'.
Old signature still showing after editing
Close and reopen Outlook. If using OWA, try clearing browser cache and reloading.
Pasted signature lost its formatting
Ensure Outlook is composing in HTML mode (not Plain Text). Go to File > Options > Mail and set 'Compose messages in this format' to HTML.
